Led by real construction finance experience
Field & Finance Co. is led by I’kona Lee, whose background spans hands-on construction operations, project coordination, and senior-level construction controls and financial management. After starting in roofing and growing through progressively more responsible roles, he built experience supporting more than 10 active projects at a time with combined values up to $366M. With a foundation in construction management and specialized training in project management, accounting systems, and job controls, Field & Finance brings practical construction knowledge together with disciplined financial operations.
